La Gare à manger
La Gare à Manger will be an incubator and driving force for the culinary professions, bringing together young professionals of excellence from Paris and around the world, who will be given the opportunity to launch and defend a new vision of gourmet flavors in the 21st century. This flagship program has given rise to two others that contribute to its influence and balance: a hotel with an unprecedented format, and underground passages that are active at night. This programmatic trilogy therefore requires an extension of the existing station to give it a new context, a prerequisite for its expression and effectiveness.
