Co-Pilot is an innovative project management and objective-oriented project management application for team managers using the Jamespot CSR platform.
Managers inform the platform on the objectives they assign and share with their team. The "Action Plan" application then helps to organize the team with a list of tasks to be performed, meetings, plans to be implemented, deadlines to be respected with alerts. Tasks may be assigned to either a person or a group. Finally, the Management application provides managers with actions available according to the progress of the objectives.
