Designed by Ofcet in association with Etienne Bertrand, the OFCET 6.50 is a boat with a dual purpose: it is made to win races but also to be an efficient coastal cruiser, stripped down but comfortable. In terms of sailing comfort, every effort has been made to ensure that passengers enjoy maximum comfort on board. The interior space has been rationalised. To make the most of the available volume without adding weight, the compulsory buoyancy volumes have been modelled. Managing the structural buoyancy of the aft section has freed up shelving space, leaving the sleeping area free, as well as permanent access to the transom fittings.
