Elle souligne aussi et surtout les limites des ressources et de l\u2019espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 au stationnement. Le v\u00e9lo \u00ab\u2009usage\u2009\u00bb, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire les offres de v\u00e9los en locations type V\u00e9lib et V\u00e9lo&#8217;v et les offres de v\u00e9los en &#8220;free-floating&#8221; n\u00e9cessitent de nouvelles solutions pour g\u00e9rer, organiser et domestiquer de fa\u00e7on optimale le partage de l\u2019espace public. L\u2019invention de nouvelles situations et d\u2019am\u00e9nagements sont n\u00e9cessaires. La cohabitation et la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 de ces syst\u00e8mes sont \u00e9galement importantes. Il n\u2019est alors ici pas tant question de mobilier urbain que d\u2019une vision et d\u2019un syst\u00e8me coh\u00e9rent d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la ville.\u00a0 Il s&#8217;agit d\u2019organiser les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de mobilit\u00e9 et les nouveaux dispositifs qui vont l\u2019organiser.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>Free-floating et organisation<\/h4>\n<div class=\"\">Au-del\u00e0 du d\u00e9veloppement quasi anarchique du v\u00e9lo individuel (comportements routiers, vols, trafic, impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019identifier les v\u00e9los, niveau de ma\u00eetrise tr\u00e8s h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne), l\u2019\u00e9mergence du \u201cfree-floating\u201d semble aujourd\u2019hui un souci plus qu\u2019une opportunit\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9veloppement du v\u00e9lo en ville. Comment partager intelligemment nos trottoirs et \u00e9viter l\u2019accumulation de ces v\u00e9los en \u201cfree-floating\u201d ou de leur cadavre\u2009? La \u201cjunk mobility\u201d ne pourra \u00eatre une solution durable pour les d\u00e9placements dans les grandes villes que si elle arrive \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une organisation. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 \u201cfaire infrastructure\u201d par une structuration l\u00e9g\u00e8re et innovante de ses flottes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4>Organisation et flexibilit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<div class=\"\">Comment organiser la libert\u00e9 et la facilit\u00e9 d\u2019usage du deux-roues personnel ou partag\u00e9? Notamment, comment penser son stationnement permanent lors d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements ou de rassemblements populaires\u2009? Comment les villes peuvent-elles g\u00e9rer la transition entre le tout voiture et l\u2019\u00e9mergence de ces nouveaux modes de mobilit\u00e9? Comment construire un r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage vertueux\u2009?<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Le stationnement, les d\u00e9gradations et le vol sont de nouvelles probl\u00e9matiques \u00e0 adresser. Il est essentiel de ne pas d\u00e9courager les adeptes de la petite reine en ville.\u00a0 De ces param\u00e8tres d\u00e9pendent, par exemple, la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019objectif de la Mairie de Paris visant 15\u00a0% des d\u00e9placements \u00e0 v\u00e9lo d\u2019ici \u00e0 2020. La qualit\u00e9 de design et de service de l\u2019offre est \u00e9galement importante pour b\u00e2tir une identit\u00e9 urbaine m\u00e9tropolitaine.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Fort de ce constat, NoDesign a lanc\u00e9 un projet de recherche et de propositions de solutions pour r\u00e9pondre aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nodesign.net\/designer-la-vill\u2026ure-du-numerique\/\">enjeux des nouveaux usages urbains.<\/a> On le mesure, il reste beaucoup \u00e0 faire.
