I'm not a hardcore fan of the American agency IDEO. Many corporate talk too much (I will explain the 2.0) that detract from the real innovation. These apostles of "Design Thinking" think with Post it, it has its limits; =). The strength of "Doing" in design obliges us to never forget the aesthetics. She is also thinking global, complexity and universality.
IDEO to show, however, involved the New Territories of Design, so it is important to listen.
