Gilbert Simondon (born October 2, 1924 in Saint-Etienne and died February 7, 1989 in Palaiseau) is a French philosopher of the twentieth century. His work, mostly produced between 1954 and 1968, deals with the rights belonging to the living of the centrality of philosophical problem of technology or new forms of alienation . (Wikipedia)


Interview on mécanologie (1968)




"Interview on mécanologie" is an interview dune length approx minutes drive one fourteen in 1968 by Jean Le Moyne Gilbert Simondon. It is made by Jacques Parent, the Ministry of Educations of Quebec, and produced by National Ofiice Film Board of Canada. Jean-Claude Labrecque is credited for the direction of photography.

The original 16mm (three reels) remains in the background darchive Jean Le Moyne (MG 30 D 358, vol. 5, file 16) of the National Library and Archives of Quebec (BAnQ darchive the center of Quebec). He is listed in the catalog Pistard.
